The online help is excellent. To refer to online help:
1. Open the Assignments tool.
2. Click the Help link on the menu bar (next to the Logout link).
3. Click the last link in the short list of links at the top of the window: view a graded assignment
Or, here are a set of instructions with specific steps:
1. Click the assignment name to open it.
2. By the Status label, there should be a link, Graded. Click that link.
3. You should see two tables/boxes. The top one lists student files. The bottom one lists graded files, and they are links.
4. Click the name of the file listed under Graded files. A dialog box is displayed with the file or files listed. There is a radio button (circle) in front of each file.
5. Click the radio button in front of the file you wish to download to select it. You may only select one file at a time.
6. Click the Download button. A dialog asking whether to Open the file or Save appears.
7. Click Save (or Save to Disk in Firefox) to put the file on your PC or USB jump drive if you are working in a computer lab.
8. Once it has been downloaded, you can open the file and read it, or print it.
If you have additional graded files in the assignment, repeat the procedure.
If this doesn’t work, you may have browser setting issues, and you should call the WebCT (NOT the campus) help desk:
