Using Print Screen

Capturing the entire desktop

1. Press the [Print Screen] key on the top right part of your keyboard.
2. Open Word, WordPad, or Paint (any program that accepts images).
3. Press and hold the [Ctrl] key while pressing [V] (Ctrl+V).

Capturing the active window on the desktop

1. Press and hold the [Alt] key while pressing the [Print Screen] key.
2. Open Word, WordPad, or Paint (any program that accepts images).
3. Press and hold the [Ctrl] key while pressing [V] (Ctrl+V).
