Check the size of your mailbox and its folders.

Click Tools-->Mailbox Cleanup. Click View Mailbox Size...

Check Folder Size

Click Folder List on the Go menu:

Click Folder Sizes on the Navigation Pane:

Mailbox over the storage limit?

Our storage allocation per mailbox is 10 MB. This holds many, many messages.

• Attachments, Deleted Items, and Sent Items are all part of the storage space allocated.
• If you get a message with attachments, either save or delete the attachments right away. Don't leave them in your mailbox.
• Graphics, such as stationery and pictures add to the size of messages. Do they add content or meaning?
• Save what you want from the Deleted Items and Sent Items folders, and then empty them.
• Read, save, or delete most of what is in your In box.
