- Select - add new server -
- Follow the instructions in the WebCT Server Settings dialog box.
Note: if you are using a computer that others use, it is not a good idea to save the User Name and Password.
Save the server settings.
Note: Even if you did not use Respondus to create a Quiz, you can download an entire Quiz from a WebCT course. This Quiz can be uploaded into another course.
| 1. Start Respondus.

| 2. Select the Retrieval & Reports tab.
|
|
| 3. Click the Retrieve Questions button
on the left side of the window.

| 4. In the drop-down list for step 1, WebCT Server, select the appropriate server. |

If you haven't set one up, configure Respondus to point
to your WebCT server:

| 5. Use the drop-down arrow to select the Quiz you want
to download.

| 6. Enter a name for the new file (You need to save the
Quiz with a different name.).

| 7. Click the Retrieve button, and then click OK when Respondus reports the file has been saved. The file will be saved in the C:\Respondus Projects folder by default. |

| 8. To open the Quiz for editing, select the
Start
tab in Respondus, and then the Open button. Click the Edit tab
and your saved Quiz is displayed.
